WATCH: Madrid Fusión Manila's NOSE-TO-TAIL Lunch

When Madrid Fusión Manila rolls in, the entire local culinary scene becomes abuzz with new food ideas and cultural exchanges especially surrounding the Regional Lunch events. You can imagine how excited we were when Regional Lunch curators Sasha Lim Uy Mariposa, Idge Mendiola, and Nina Puyat got in touch with us to be a part of it!

 

We knew we had to brew a beer that would complement each of the awesome dishes the chefs were going to make. What could be better than a Calamansi Ale? After all, some of the most well-loved Filipino dishes are not considered complete without a quick squeeze of Calamansi to finish it off.
